Job Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming phone calls according to a proven, pre-set script, and schedule service appointments
• Log all customer comments into our database
• Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made in database
• Confirm scheduled appointments with future happy Parks Automotive customers
• Re-schedule no show customer appointments
• Purify and update customer changes in database
• Contact current customer base on current marketing incentives
• Notify necessary departments to inform of appointments set
• Other job duties as assigned by manager

Job Qualifications:

• Pleasant and engaging phone persona
• Making outbound calls, emails, and texts
• Dealership and call center experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Team oriented
• Must complete criminal background check and pre-employment drug test
